I am a Master of Science student in Mechanical Engineering at Stanford University. Previously, I completed my Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Management from the Indian Institue of Technology Bombay. I have a background in thermal engineering and a growing interest in energy and sustainbility including but not limited to energy systems, renewables, EV and applications of machine learning. I am always actively seeking opportunities to learn, work and create an impact in this domain. Fortunately, I shall be interning at Tesla, Palo Alto in the summer of 2022 with their Battery Engineering team.

Here at Stanford, I am specializing in energy systems to gain deep insights into their modeling, optimization, economics and avenues of improvement for sustainability through diverse coursework in fundamentals such as advanced thermodynamics, machine learning, programming abstractions, engineering design optimization and applications such as batteries, modeling and advanced concepts deep learning for computer vision. I also intend to leverage the rich startup culture of Silicon Valley to gain enriching entrepreneurship experience.
